The estimated economic impact for our community as a result of this event is $700,000. Bring the whole family out to enjoy a fun, wholesome event at the ball park. “Echoes of Our Past” The Art Alliance of North Georgia, in conjunction with the Tunnel Hill Historical Foundation, will present its first annual “Echoes of Our Past" Art Show August 18th through September 15th at the Tunnel Hill Heritage Center in Tunnel Hill, Georgia. These dates coincide with the “Battle of Tunnel Hill” Civil War reenactment set for September 6th and 7th. There will be an artists’ reception on Friday, September 5th from 4:30 until 6:30 at the Heritage Center. Raising awareness of the importance of the arts, and encouraging an interest in the cultural life and historical importance of the community is the focus of this event.
